Terms of Use

OmniSnap AI Studio is provided free of charge, as-is, with no account and no data collection. These terms set out what that means for both of us.

Effective 31 October 2026 Last updated 31 October 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the OmniSnap AI Studio browser extension (“the extension”) or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use it.

2. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the extension for personal or commercial purposes, including inside a company. There is no fee and no seat limit.

You may not:

The extension's name, logo and visual design remain the property of its developer. Nothing in these terms transfers them to you.

3. Your captures remain yours

We claim no ownership of, and no licence over, anything you capture, annotate or export. We never receive it; see the privacy policy. Whatever you produce with the extension is yours to use as you see fit.

4. What you are responsible for

The extension photographs and measures pages you choose. You are responsible for having the right to do so, and for what you do with the result. In particular, you agree:

5. AI-generated output

The Handoff writer uses Chrome's built-in on-device model to draft defect tickets, token names and alt text from evidence the capture already collected.

6. Availability and changes

The extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store and depends on browser APIs that Google may change or withdraw. We may update, change or discontinue features, including removing one, without notice. Because the extension runs entirely on your device, a version you have installed keeps working until you update or remove it.

7. No warranty

The extension and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that captures, measurements or reports will be complete or accurate for your purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the extension or this website, even if advised of the possibility.

Because the extension is supplied free of charge, the developer's total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to zero, or to the minimum permitted by the law that applies to you if that law does not allow such a limitation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

9. Termination

You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it, which removes its local storage. This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction, except where the mandatory consumer- protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, which these terms do not affect.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The “last updated” date above will change, and the revised terms take effect when published here. Continuing to use the extension after that constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the extension's release notes.

12. Contact

akhilpagadi.fp@gmail.com

These terms are written to be clear and fair for a free, no-data tool, but they are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. If the extension becomes part of a commercial offering, have them checked by counsel in your jurisdiction.
